ReplySnap Privacy Policy

ReplySnap is a Chrome extension that helps you save and insert canned replies in web-based email and messaging tools.

What we collect

We do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. ReplySnap has no accounts, no analytics, and no backend servers.

What stays on your device

Your saved snippets, categories, preferences, and theme setting are stored locally using Chrome's storage API (chrome.storage.local). Temporary UI state may use chrome.storage.session and is cleared when you close the browser.

What happens on web pages

When you click Insert, ReplySnap writes your chosen snippet into the compose field on the active tab. It may inject a script to find that field or to work with site-specific editors (for example Zendesk). It does not scrape, log, or send the contents of the page to us or anyone else.

Permissions

• storage — save your snippets and settings locally
• activeTab — insert into the tab you are using when you ask it to
• scripting — load insert support on tabs that need it

Children

ReplySnap is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
